Gun Buyers Please Note Special Terms: -If you have a FELONY on your record or if your unable to pass the standard background check, DO NOT BID ON THE GUNS...If you do purchase a gun and do not pass the background check, the gun will not be provided to you. -Long Guns (Rifles/Shotguns)-you must be 18 years of age or older to purchase (Residence can be any state for local pick up or shipping can be arranged) -Handguns (Automatic Pistols/Revolvers)-Must be 21 years of age or older (Residence must be TX residence for local pick up) If you are not a Texas resident and you win a handgun, the handgun must be shipped to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder in the state where you live. Firearms will be made available for separate pickup after the auction closes. Alternate location will be at the following Federal Firearms License (FFL) business premise in Van Alstyne, TX. If you are unable to pick up your gun after the auction please call 214-620-3488 to reschedule your pickup time. Pick Up Location -Central Treasures (Brent Dancer) 1290 W. Van Alstyne Pkwy Van Alstyne, TX 75495. 214-620-3488 Firearm Transfer Fee is $25 ($15 for current concealed permit holders -CHL or LTC) per transaction (check or cash only), this is paid by buyer At pickup, you must have your current and valid Driver's License with you when you complete the standard ATF Form 4473. Current address on the 4473 must be the same as what's on your current driver license. You must be able to pass a standard background check or have a current and valid Texas CHL or LTC Permit, to take the gun home with you. You must have your paid invoice present to pick up your gun and it will only be released to the person on the invoice. Note-Firearms will only be shipped from Central Treasures to another FFL holder. If you wish to have a firearm shipped please coordinate and have your FFL Holder call to arrange sending a copy of their FFL. Shipping cost will be $35 per firearm.
